REGINA SQUEO
My passion has always been to help people. For
the past five years I have been helping people improve their
quality of life by guiding
them to achieve their fitness and health goals.
Throughout the
past five years I’ve worked in management positions for fitness
facilities. I’ve managed people and systems as well as
created systems. I am also a certified personal fitness trainer
and continue
to work with individuals in the Fairfield County area.
I have lived in the Fairfield County area my whole life. A
graduate from the University of Connecticut in Stamford,
I decided to stay
in my home community to achieve my bachelor’s in Psychology.
Living here my whole live has given me an advantage of knowing
the area inside and out.
Currently, I have been helping people in a different area,
real estate. As office manager of Century 21 Karnes Realty
it is my
priority to make sure your real estate needs are taken care of.
