Born in New Milford,
Connecticut, I chose to raise my children in the wonderfully
diversified City of Norwalk. Two grandchildren
now attend Norwalk Public Schools. Norwalk has witnessed
an impressive evolution; blighted areas are now Main Stream USA.
Norwalk
has it all, assuring homeowners and
visitors' pleasure.
Each area has its own character; north, country;
south, booming tourist attractions; east, beach and historical;
west, both busy and serene. Whatever your dream, Norwalk is
where you will find it.
I have been a realtor in Fairfield County for over
35 years. Owned and operated Quality Homes Real Estate of
Norwalk for 10 years.
I served the City of Norwalk as the Registrar of Voters for 23
years before retiring. Not willing to retire at my young age,
I am now reactivating my career in real estate.
For over 50 + years I have been extremely active in many fields;
politics, real estate issues, education, church and founder of
organizations such as "Honor America". While serving
on numerous boards and agencies, local, state and federal, I have
accumulated immense knowledge of Norwalk and surrounding towns.
My experience in both private and municipal venues allows me to
serve you, the prospective seller or buyer with comprehensive and
detailed analyses of properties. The name Ann Artell is known for
honesty, hard work, and integrity.
